Thursday...Clean & Simple

I made two versions of this simple card, just to show how very little it would take to step it up a bit

This is the set I often recommend for people who are just starting to stamp.

I like it because the one image comes with 3 sentiments and it is easy to play with this image to get very different looks.

I also like that by doing this monochromatic card, you can use whatever colors you have on hand.

Here are two more cards from the supply list from 2 weeks ago:

On both of these cards I tried to add a little interest by cutting the panel into thirds. The first card I cut the image into three equal parts, and matted it on black.

On the second card I cut the printed paper into thirds and matted on very vanilla.

Stamping 101 Continued....

Continuing from last Tuesday's Stamping 101 entry, here are two more cards made from that one supply list:

To create this image, I inked the stamp with the markers in pumpkin pie and daffodil delight and misted with a little water before pressing the image onto the very vanilla cardstock.
