Tuesday Tip

Today's tip won't be much of a tip for some of you, but for those of you that don't like things wonky and adore symmetry, it may just change your life (just kidding).
I had this card I wanted to copy but I needed a diagonally striped paper with multiple colors. I didn't have any that would work. Besides I really wanted to use Elegant Soiree DSP. Then like a flash of lightening it hit me, I could make my own diagonally striped paper by simply cutting my striped paper on a diagonal.
I did say in the beginning of this post, this wouldn't be much of a tip for some of you ;-)
Anyway, I gave myself permission to cut the paper wonky and make it work for what I needed.
I spent way too much time on this card, so it isn't a favorite but it turned out okay.

I used:
Paper: Very Vanilla CS #101650, Soft Suede CS #115318, Elegant Soiree DSP #117163,
Stamps: All Holidays #114916, Punch Potpourri #hostess
Ink: Soft Suede #120973, Baja Breeze #120965, Not Quite Navy #100059
Other: Vanilla Taffeta Ribbon #109071, Boho Blossom Punch #119858

I love the colors you used in this card. Thanks for the reminder that it's OK to cut paper wonky to get what we otherwise need! I stress over such details way too much.
