My sewing is a little wonky on this card, but I don't mind. I think it works with the playful patterns.
A small little detail that you might miss if I don't point it out... I stamped the image on watercolor paper and stamped the umbrella again on the flower printed paper. I cut it out and adhered it to the watercolor paper. For a final touch I painted the interior of the umbrella with pool party ink. You can still see a faint flower on the inside but it is much darker.
I used:
Paper: Crumb Cake CS #120953, Watercolor Paper #122959, Domestic Goddess DSP #122355
Stamps: Lean On Me #122285
Ink: StazOn Black #, Pool Party #123002, Calypso Coral #123002, Daffodil Delight #119677, Crumb Cake #120967, Blushing Bride #119801
Other: Button #119747, Bakers Twine #124262

pretty! I saw a card today that had a double row of crooked stitching, made it look like it was meant to be like that. btw, wouldn't have noticed if you hadn't mentioned it.
I just love the simple lines, the paper choices, and the overall look of this card! Wonderfully done.
Super cute! I love your colouring - it totally looks like it is raining!
