As most of you know, I had not intended to start this blog until October 1st.
That was my target date to be up and running as a new Stampin Up demonstrator.
As it turns out, I signed up a month early. My needed prep time for DAILY posting is gone.
I hope y'all will hang in there through the next month or so until I am really ready for the daily posts.
Yesterday as I blog hopped the Mojo Monday cards, I had to remind myself of something....
that something is the Tuesday Tip for this week.
There are AMAZING artists out there in cyber land, creating unbelievable cards. I sometimes scratch my head in disbelief at what is created. Usually my next thought is ....my stuff doesn't look like that - not even close!
Yesterday, I reminded myself that I don't do this to be the best. I am doing this because it gives me pleasure to create and give a card. I pulled out some of my early cards...... oh, sad little things that they are.....and I remember how fun it was back then, and still is.
I want this to be a blog to inspire, help, encourage the regular stampers.
What was the tip?
Oh, yes....
Have fun.
Create and love what you create.
Give it to someone you love.
Thanks for visiting! :-)

You make me want to create fun, beautiful cards.
Fantastic tip. Sometimes it's difficult to remember not to compare my work to others...to just enjoy the process and have a good time. Thank you.
This is an excellent reminder for all of us. I really enjoy giving my cards to others who either don't do anything creative at all (they seem to think I'm some kind a mega-talented artist) and to those who are just like me (they know and appreciate the work that goes into each card). Thanks for sharing and reminding us Joanie.
I am at home on bedrest and so enjoy your site and videos! Thank you for the inspiration!
Before I got diagnosed I had just placed/received a SU order from my rep (celebration sale) and really loved playing around with the products. I check out your site just about weekly!
