Not Quite Navy 3 5/8" (after using the eyelet border punch. measured from the peak of the eyelet border) ; Sahara Sand mat 3 3/16" x 3 15/16"

Step #3 CARD:

I used:
Same as above plus ....
Chocolate Chip Satin Ribbon #124327, Brads non-SU, Bakers Twine #124262, Glue dots #103683, Dimensionals #104430

Dimensions: image 3 3/4" x 1 3/4" ; Soft Suede mat 3 7/8" x 1 7/8" ; Baja Breeze Tag 4 1/4" x 2 1/2"
Not Quite Navy 3 5/8" (after using the eyelet border punch. measured from the peak of the eyelet border) ; Sahara Sand mat 3 3/16" x 3 15/16"

Secure the striped ribbon between the card base and the Not Quite Navy cardstock.

Lay the striped ribbon on top of the Baja Breeze "tag" and place the folded piece of Chocolate chip satin ribbon on top of the striped ribbon and just a bit more to the right so that the striped ribbon is visible.

Gently fold in the edges of the striped ribbon so they just fold over the edge of the satin ribbon. Tie with bakers twine to secure. I also used a glue dot so it wouldn't slip.

Use dimensionals to pop up the matted image.
