My neighbor's little boy is turning 1. I made this banner for him this week. It is the first one I have made. The party has a John Deere theme.
The picture of the entire banner isn't great. I just strung it up outside of my craft room so it look silly hanging across the front door. Oh well.
I will post a picture of each card in the banner...half today and the remainder tomorrow.
Saturday I will post a video showing how to make those little tractors.
I used a standard A2 sized card. Cardstock base measures 4 1/4" x 11" folded at 5 1/2".
I used a glue dot to keep the card closed over the hemp twine I used to string the banner up.
I used daffodil delight taffeta ribbon in between each card. Striped grosgrain ribbon was used at the beginning, middle and end of the banner.
