Wednesday .... Catalog Inspirations

This card isn't really found in the catalog, but if you look on page 120

You will see a coloring technique using this same stamp set.

While I didn't use a blender pen for this card, it did inspire me to make this card.

I stamped the images, colored them using my dry aquapainter technique, cut out and mounted on dimensionals. It took some time to do this, but I like the way it turned out.

Catalog Inspiration #5

Page 152 in the Idea Book & Catalog. The one in the catalog used a stamp set to create the colored "DSP" for the Butterflies, I just used DSP. I think it was a pretty good match! I also did faux stitching using the Mat Pack and Paper Piercing Tool. The "thread" is just my More Mustard Marker.
