I CASED this card. I think I bought the stamp set JUST so I could make this card.

Isn't is the cutest?

I used Newsprint DSP, which along with Love Letters were my favorite DSP last year.

I was happy to see a few sheets still in my stash.

You could easily substitute Early Edition DSP and create the same card.

Thursday Tip/Technique....

Often I will have DSP with a very large print and there will be a coordinating pattern in medium or small print. I love to use these papers in the example above. 

Use the large print as a background paper and then to tie it together, use the small print as part of the stamped image.

I used a dauber and inked the embossed details. I think they look almost like suede.

Monday Make a Page (or two) A year in the life ...

Two years ago I tried the traditional kit for this project. 

I did a week.

Last year I was going to do the online digital version.

I did a week.

This year a digital kit was offered, and I thought I can do this.

It is non-SU but I think I could use some SU papers and stamps (digitally)

and get a cool looking SU version.
