I saw the cutest card on Splitcoast by Understand Blue. Her color combinations were spot on and I wanted to just copy her card as is, but I figured I had to change something.

So I did.

I knew some of the new paper had cupcakes so I started there.

Added some mats

and the strip of banner ribbons and 

there you go
